Blossom the Basset Pony

I realized that in the Christmas/Moving craziness this past year, I forgot to upload all the ponies I made for gifts.

Last year for Christmas my mom got a basset hound puppy for Christmas and they named her Blossom. I thought it would be cute to base a pony off of her, and I think she's one of my best ponies to date!

And... she's really not so much a pony any more, as she is... uhm... a dog. LOL She turned out far more hound-ish than I thought she would! Since bassets are considered to be a full-size dog with half-size legs, I took a Wysteria and cut her off at the knees, then cut her ears off. I sculpted paws and ears with apoxie.
